We offer Christ Centered professional counseling for both teens and adults.  If you do not prefer Christian counseling,  just let me know.

Telehealth via telephone or video is a convenient, safe, private, and effective way to receive counseling.  It is easy to schedule between work and family life.   It expands access to remote, rural or unreachable locations. It bridges care when caring for a loved one. Telehealth is available for anyone residing in Maryland and Virginia.

Sand tray therapy is a highly  therapeutic, often a nonverbal, multidimensional therapy technique, that can provide emotional release, freedom of expression, cognitive  growth and healing. It is effective with issues such as trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and low self-esteem.
